I explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that my business relationship with Integrated Valet Services, LLC is strictly that of an Independent Contractor (1099 Status) and not an employee. I am solely responsible for filing and paying all applicable self-employment, federal, state, and local taxes. I understand I am not entitled to, nor eligible for, company-sponsored employment benefits, unemployment compensation, or statutory Workers' Compensation insurance.
